better then the t-4

I'm sure there may be a better pipe than the T-4, but is still an excellent pipe. Sounds great, I always get compliments on the way it sounds.

The Pro Circuit Sounds very Mean. I ride with a Guy that has a Full Pipe on his 400ex and it is very Loud. My TC Pipe is Louder though. Plus it`s Deeper Sounding, but for the Price of a T-4 Slip-On you can`t go wrong.

id say get a White bros e series, dont run the spark arrestor, and ul hav a really mean soundin bike, much like a v-max or harley sound. its only around 220 moneys.

I think the big gun is the best sounding one out there, Its really loud and deep sounding. It's more expensive though. ($270 for a slip on)

I'd stay away from big gun slip ons. GT Thunder has a dyno that says that with the b. g. slip on power actually dropped. I don't know if it had the right jetting though..but i'd say it did

If you want a Loud, Deep Sounding, Good Power Gaining Pipe then get a Engine Builders Pipe. Sparks, CT, LRD, TC, Duncan, and any other Pipe I can`t think of.

Big Gun improved all of their pipes for 2001, and the gt thunder is still the old one. The new ones have bigger headpipes that help with top end.

Sparks, TC, or LRD is what I would go with. Any Pipe will be Louder then Stock.

I have the T-4 with the FMF Powerbomb head pipe. One of the neighbors has a T-4 slip on with the stock head pipe. His is really loud but mine is alot quiter. I think it sounds meaner and it sounds like it has more snort. I am sure that my engine mods has something to do with that.
In my opion the T-4 is an awsome pipe, it is a real good pipe for the price also. I am sure that the CT, LRD, ect are excellent pipes also, but I am sure that they are more money.

The powerbomb header helped to quiet down the T4 a bit..?

I love the extra low-end and midrange pull of my T4, but I'd love to quiet it down a bit..!

The powerbomb fits OK with the T4 slip-on..?

Yes the T-4 fit on the Powerbomb was just as good as on the stock head pipe. The neighbor was over the other day and we were compairing them. Mine is defenatly quieter, I don't have a clue on a db reading, but it is a lot. I don't know if that my motor is built and his is stock would have anything to do with it or not.
I think that this T-4 gives it more pull than my old FMF. That is my opion though.

The white brothers R-4 slip on has an awesome sound to it. not annoying loud but a very low deep sound that makes it sound real bad ***. has good power gains too:D
