So we are getting a whole crap load of snow. And my moms quad (the plow bike)s battery died. SO i am standing on the footpeg pulling it. All of the sudden it locks up and I slip and fall on top of the fender. Being that it is cold out the fender is brittle and it cracks. I feel awful this suzuki is in such nice shape and i Fu--ed it all up! So i wanted to know if there is some type of glue i could apply that works well for mending cracked fenders
Thanks

drill holes on each side of the crack...then ziptie them tightly....if you do not do this the crack will spread & you will be in a mess...theres is no glue for this either...buy some new fenders if you really care about looks ;)

You can heat each side of the crack up and try to melt the plastic together, but just frankenstein stitching it with zip ties will work better and be easier.

Yep you can weld it, I have but you have to be good and slow at it to make it look good again..

I have seen that done to a few utility quads in the past. It is a cheap fix when the looks are not the most important thing about the quad.

Good luck!

if you want it to look good use duct tape that fixes everything:devil:
