Clutch help......

Used to my polaris.......My 300ex clutch will never disengage. Even withthe adjusters all the way out. Does this meen I need new clutch pack? Which shoud I use? Any other possibilites.

try adjusting it at the side cover instead of the clutch perch. you maybe getting close to needing a clutch but id try that first

Yeah set it to where the clutch arm that goes down into the sidecase has 2-3mm's of play if that doesnt work you will need new clutch kit.

I have tried to adjust it at the handle all the way as well as at the handle and by the arm all the way and still no luck........also tried to move the lever with a pair of pliers and no luck there either

Always a good idea to replace the cable before buying a new clutch they're only $11-12.

i had same problem where the cable seemed like it was stretched too long...it was justa bad cable from dennis kirk I guess b/c I went to my dealership & got a OEM one & it works fine
