How many of you all put the support on the rear of the plastic. I got maier plastic and dont really want to drill holes in it to put the hanger on. It seems pretty sturdy as it is. I am going to be racing cross country so give me some advice.

Have you had went to the Central City race with us, you would know. We found a 400EX fender laying on the ground on the track. Later on, as a 400 EX came by, it had no rear fenders.

Mud is heavy jackass! Especially if you ride in it for 2 hours. Put them on.

maybe I'm way off but I've never seen any support brackets on the rear half of 250r stock plastics. My front fenders have support brackets which I use....

I'd put them on. I didn't drill any holes in mine, I just let the fenders rest on them. Works for me.
