Cheap hood?

The front plastic on 400ex is broken around the light, you know the tabs that hold the light in. I saw the carbon fiber hoods but heck a stock front fender is only like 80 bucks so 100+ is out. I want something cheap to cut the light area out and cover it like the hoods. Any ideas? Yes I am cheap:D
