I think a +1 or stock swinger. And +1 a-arms...i don't think they make +1+1 for a 300ex.....

burgard makes um,i was thinkin of stayin wit da stock swinger and mayb jus a new axle

If money is the reason for staying with the stock swinger, you could use a 350x swingarm, they are about +1" or +1 1/4". I went with it on mine and it seems to be much better, but I also have a very wide rear axle.
