i say both are too big on the main, but is just me. a little leaner will give the bike more power. what needle are you running?? stock or aftermarket?? whats the temp outside and what elevation are you at?

i am running stock needle. below 3000 feet and its like 7 degrees now but its usuallu 30. it would be a heat wave if it hit 35 degrees. :ermm: :ermm: :ermm: :D :D :D

on a built 426 in the really cold months with the airbox lid off, a 170 should be ok. however, i would probally run a little smaller. if you have the lid on, i would run a 165 at largest.

it probally will run just fine. however, it will be quicker with a smaller jet in. bigger doens't mean better when jetting always. also, the mainjet only controls the fuel from approximately 3/4 to full throttle. good luck
