I'm on the west coast in Tahoe, and the snow is AWESOME. It's been snowing on and off for the past couple weeks, so there's lots of fresh powder everywhere.

Don't have ski's...and I wanted a snowboard, but I don't think I'll be gettin one this winter. Does anyone know if they go down in price like during spring/summer? Cuz if so, I'll buy one then for next winter:)

You should be able to find a second hand one fairly cheap... you see them in the classifieds all the time.

How far are you from Wentworth??

My school has ski trips to Wentworth every month or a couple times a month in the winter. I'm goin on the next one and renting a board and gettin my bf to teach me how to do it better (I can barly make it down a hill:p )

I went boarding 4 times this year so far. My school has 4 more trips to 7 Springs (http://www.7springs.com/) and 1 to Wisp.

Im goin out to cali in the spring...cant wait. I really badly want to ride out west at mammoth or someplace like that cause all the resorts around here are tiny like 1200 vertical if ur lucky.

I live right on the NB / Maine border so I go to Big Rock in Mars Hill, Maine.

I can see it from home but I haven't went yet. It's been too bloody cold.

The best thing we have in the mountainous midwest is about a 600 ft vertical....:eek2:
