I have got all my parts ordered and will be here by friday hopefully. These are all the pics i have right now. But i have Blue fullbore, TCS 400ex front shocks, Clarke gas tank, raptor rear shock(in garage), ceet seat cover...all on the way. The engine got a Curtis Sparks 300cc kit. Ive got a crapload of parts but i really just wanted to show my frame......:D

These are 400ex +2+1 wicked racing A-arms...i got them PC'd gloss black and they put a cool "wicked racing" silver sticker on em.

it should be pretty nice. You mean like bumpers and stuff? I have Dg front bumper(hate it), Ac grab bar, ac skids, ac nerfs, all that stuff. It has Hiper carbon fiber wheels with RAZR MX tires too....

Right now my 400 will be getting a new 416 motor setup and clutch. TC Cam, JE 416 Piston, New Valve Springs and Rockers, Sparks Clutch Plates, etc.

I am going to tear it down to the frame this weekend, and then it will be sent to the Quadshop for a gusset/sandblast job. After that I will have it PCed.

Then I am going to buy a set of Douglas Billet Beadlocks from Rick Cecco. For now I will just put the razrs I got on them.

Hopefully if all goes well, I sell my front Elka's I have, so I can get new LT Elka's and Arens LT +1 Arms!

For the raptor i have coming +3+1 wicked a arms, houser +1 stem, pro design case saver, AC bumper, frame pc'd, kenda klaws all round. cant wait till the 04 season starts!

I'm getting my frme gusseted and repced also my a-arms and shock springs pced new brake lines. And my stroker motor is finaly getting done with a powroll crank and rod je 13:1 piston head studs hinson basket gt thunder 8 plate clutch ported valves cam. The center cases cases cylinder head and rocker cover are all being coated with a heat dispersing coating and the outer cases are polished.

that motor is gunna rip man!

I also made come custom gussetts that my local welder helped me on. You cant really see any in this pic. If you look close you can see two buy were the footpegs go...

It should run pretty good.:D The guy that does my bigger stuff to get pced gussets the frame for 100 and does a pretty good job ill get some pic of the gussets in the next couple days.

Mine has been goin on since april. I started out with a bare 88 250r frame. It had just been pc'ed silvervein. I got some burgard a-arms and pappy pc'ed them....bottoms are shimmering candy blue and tops are pc chrome. It has TCS shocks all around and an LSR +4 axle. The motor is a stock 86. I plan on getting it ported and doing a 265. It will have silver race cut maier plastic.. carbon fiber hood and tank cover. I am getting a lot of parts Pc'ed next week. Should be done with it finally next month sometime. Here are some pics with my old 400 plastic sittin on it. I was just takin pics of the plastic so i could sell it and I sat it up there.

Bump...

i got my frame and swingarm from Pappy friday...
Today i got my engine in, a-arms mounted, rear end mounted, steering stem and handlebars in, and just some little things. I will get some pics tomorrow if i can find my dang camera.....

Is it just me or is UPS really slow here latley?....I'm waiting on TCS shocks and i just orderd a new seat cover, Clarke gas tank, tie-rod ends, and a new K&N filter. Sometime soon i need to get my fullbore ordered.....:D

Yeah there are gussets there, You can see them in my gusset pics on the first page, They just kind of blend in with the color on.

What is this coating that you had applied to your cylinder/head? Got any info that you can share with us? Can this coating have a color to it? In the pics it looks like it's a dark grey color. I would like to paint my motor, but I know that will be the enemy of heat dissapation. I'm really interested in this, expecially if it is supposed to HELP dissapate the heat.

I was just asking my coater about it today. I cant remember the compaines name but its called cool black (its black). He says its supposed to help the heat dissipate 15% percent better (somewhere around that area anyway). And I guess it only comes in black.

It can be used on a variety of stuff he was talking doing his shock bodies with that stuff.


Email biff_116@hotmail.com He did the coating and could answer you questions a lot better. I cant remember who he said made it.
