Wire brush the rust off, or use a brillo pad and wd-40. Then either get OEM honda frame paint from your dealer, or get almost any kind of gray, I use primer then spray clear over it on my old EX and it looked just like factory.

Thanks 4TraxRider.

Does anybody else have any suggestions?

PJ1 sells epoxy frame paint to match. Sand the area then put a rust killer/converter on. You can get it from Wal-Mart. Then prime and paint.
