Stock Header Removal??

I am going to grind out the welds on the header of my 400ex and have a couple of questions. Should I replace the header gaskets? (they are over two years old) Also, do I have to remove the oil tank?

Most companies suggest replacing the gasket. No you don't have to take your oil tank off.
