grease fitting stock swingarm

anyone have some directions or tips on how to put a zerk grease fitting on the stock bearing carreir. some pictures if any one has some thanks travis

From what I understand the stock bearings are sealed so putting a zerk fitting and pumping more grease in there is unneccessary and could blow out the seals.
