New Fullbore Clear Plastic=Pimp

looks cool when the quad is all clean and the plastic is new think about how bad it will look after ridin in the dust when the quad is coverd and u can see how dirty it is, also when the plastic gets scratched and starts to discolor gonna look bad

please please please come out with it! i've wanted clear plastic for soooo long! i would buy that stuff in a heartbeat. i also want like ghost colors. you know like clear plastic thats tinted with color

LOL, I'm laughing at myself right now. When I went on the site I was saying to myself what plastic? Were is the fullbore plastic? I thought you were talking about the orange fenders on tims far's quad. Until I looked at the LRD quad for about the 10th time and realized there was plastic on it. I just wonder how long it will good for though?

That's gonna be my next purchase if they come out with it or especially ghost colors...sure be a pain to wash though.

you could do like they do with the RC cars, you could put a trick paint job on the inside and it will never get scratched.

i think it would look stupid because u could see the gastank. i think it would be cool if they came out with a translusent gas tank to go along wih the lastics so u could see the gas king of floating in the plastic

I think IMS makes a clear gas tank.

I really dont understand why you guys think this plastic looks sooo cool. Yea it looks cool when the quad is sitting there all shiney. But once you take it for a ride it will proably also look like ****. And the picture of it is not that good so you guys arnt realizing that you will be seeing all the wiring and that other ugly stuff.

Think about that part under the hood and under the side the covers the gas tank. Once you ride and mud is under there, it's gonna be a pain to clean under it. Maybe for duners where it wont stick. If you like mud, this is not your plastic.

it would be good for duners, and pro mxers that clean the whole quad everyrace piece by peice and replace plastic every 3

I clean my quad thoroughly after every race. I take the plastic and tank and all that off and clean everything. I think seeing the wiring and all that stuff will be awesome. I really want this plastic!! Also, you could see the airbox and stuff in the rear. That will be awesome.

I watched Tim Farr's sweet new Laeger 450CRF being built at Baldwins the week before the show. Those guys are slackers. lol

ok they made that z-400 look ugly with that bumper, just my opinion though!!! i mean it was an eyesore, but mainly i guess just cuz the digi camera made the plastic look faded!

I think that ghost or clear plastics would look sweet! Has anyone seen the plastics on Mike Cinqmars cr250, there reflective. If you saw them you'd take em any day over ghost.If anybody knows what im talkin about "holla back", im not good at gangster lingo.

Baldwin's have these for the 250r and Raptor so it's probably only a little while until they are availible for the 400.
