XR400 motor in 400ex frame

Will this motor bolt right up? Could the kick starter be modified to use in a atv chasis?

It is the same motor, save the cam and a slight difference in compression. It will go right in, but the kickstart will give you some problems. Why do you want to put it in your quad frame?
