Hey Guys,

My 400ex (its a 2002) has the same problem as a lot of others in this forum.... won't start for crap in the cold. I am looking into getting a new jet and change it like everyone suggests.

My 400 starts up/idles like crap until it gets fully warmed, after that it idles kinda high.... is that normal??

My only question is if swapping jets changes warm-weather running at all??
Is this the kind of thing where I need to change back when summer arrives??

Thanks......

:)

just put in a 42 pilot and then adjust the fuel srew. and it will start on the first turn. When the summer comes along you can see how it works and maybe just readjust the fuel srew if it don't work you will have to go back to a 38pilot.
