How tight to tighten anti-vib stem?

I just got a new anti-vib stem, and was wondering how tight the anti- vib part needs to tightened.

Mount it to yuor quad.. You gotta take the top part of the handlbar clamp off.. tighten the bolt (most likely allen head) that goes through the sides of the stem ..

How tight? Foot pounds?

Dont tighten to tight.. you want a little bend in it.. and also you dont want to have the caps cave in where the rubber is.. probably just a lil more than snug..
