just would like to know how different people train for racing. Weights,upper body,lower,cardio,ridining, and before a race energy. Lets here them. Maybe some pros will post to help us little guys out!

I run and ride. But I can still hardly stand up after the race so I don't know how good thats working.

ride and eat. not JUST ride i mean practice with myself practice blocking techniques and cornoring, jumping and anything else i can do too improve my technique!
Jazzersize & Pilaties. And one of them veggie juicer machines. "makes you poop allot"

I hit the gym 5 times a week, but nothing gets you prepared for racing other that seat time.

Just kidding, mostly I do arm strengthening things and stretches. Again, seat time can never hurt either.

I am still in high school so i usually just go to the weight room during P.E. I will also try to run twice a week, just whenever i have time. But the main thing is to ride alot. i try to ride at least twice a week too.
The day before a race eat some kind of pasta. When your at the track drink either energy drinks, gatorade, or water and eat banana's..lol...it helps, seriously!

eat right and excercise nothin major just running and lifting some weights to work all your muscles

im fixin to buy another bike, and im just gona RIDE RIDE RIDE RIDE RIDE RIDE RIDE RIDE RIDE RIDE RIDE RIDE RIDE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! im gona ride my fat fanny off!!!! untill i just dont get tierd of ridign after a coupel of hours
