i originally thought that it was one of those tricks where most people pick the king of hearts. so i tried it again with the next one over and thought wow i must be very predictable. it worked the third time too. i was totally dumbfounded and impressed. then the kid i work with explained it to me, he said he sat down and studied it for 30 minutes to figure it out
