How many Bores, if any, can you get on a stock cylinder past .80 over?

you can go 3mm's over stock or .120 over (426). a .080 is a 416 and you can even go .040 more on the stock sleeve but some people don't recommend it because the sleeve gets thin by that time.

The issue isn't really the number of bores, but rather the avaliability of pistons. You can get 416 pistons, and 426 pistons, but if you are willing to spend the money for custom pistons, you can make them any size you want, and could thus have several more bores if you wanted to. However, that is expensive.

Without custom pistons, then yes, I would say that you have 1 more bore left.
