6X12 enclosed trailer

I have a 6x12 enclosed trailer in good shape. It has a side door and double doors in the rear. Has a non-slip foor tile with painted white walls. At the present time it has a rood air on the top with a heat strip in the unit. Has a tire rack in the front. Asking $2400 with the air and $2200 without. I am in the St. Louis area.
