How much power ( W ) does a 400 make?

I has just wandering cause I want to put some more lights . We have put two 55w on it before with no problem but I would just like to know how much W we have to play with ( spare )

The 400EX has a 100W stator, and I wouldn't use more than 80W for lights.

With two 55W lights, you begin pulling power off the battery, and your battery will eventually go dead. Either upgrade to a high-power stator, or drop below 80 watts.

What he said. Overload the system, and you will go through batteries. It also puts a heavy strain on the system in general.
