How to cut the choke out? HELP

I want to modify my stock carb. How do i go about doing so? Will this harm my starting in weather under 10 degrees, will it even start? all information is need and appreciated, thanks

it made mine tougher to start even when using a 42 and 45 pilots. i ended up putting my choke back in since it was tougher to start and i didn't notice a power gain.
