What kind of gloves does everyone like for really cold weather riding. I can't find a good pair. To keep warm the gloves are usually too stiff. What do you guys have?

thor windchill gloves, like $30, work ok, but when they get wet, and then ur hands are wet they dont work so well. Much better than normal gloves though
