It's a good finish none-the-less. I don't think anyone believes that Honda is going to win every race this season, Tim Farr aboard or not. I'd love to see Tim win every race (he's a local boy;) ) but I'm a realist.

There is a write-up on the race go to www.********.com. Gust won his heat and farr won his heat, with farr pulling the holeshot in the main event but eventually losing the lead. The 450r pulling the holeshot over all those yfz's and the suzuki is music to my ears!

"I'm really happy with this Yamaha", said Little about his new ride. "It not only out runs my Lone Star CRF but out handles it as well".

A shot in the arm to the crf engine....

there just supporting there bike by saying that.... do u think he would dare say.."well i loved this new bike, even though the 450r pulled the holeshot.. no he wouldnt dare risk his sponsership so they will all have great things to say about there own ride being farr as well

Little isn't factory backed like your precious farr.... It's not like his sponsership depends on his opinion or his own marketing of the yfz.

It wasn't a bad showing for the 450r, it beat 6 yfz's.

If you don;t know, now the racers have to play a game called politics.
Do you think Little wants a Yamaha Factory Ride?
I do.
What is amazing about the race, is that Little, a privateer (a new term to quad racing), was able to beat two factory backed teams. Yamaha, agrueably has the top race machine right now, and no factory team, seems like they are in the catbird seat.
Its also impressive that Farr was able to padium an a maching w/ very little testing.
