What tires wear down the least besides slicks on pavement (don't worry closed off logging roads)

Worn out tires that you buy off of your friends work. I have a big parking lot where my dad works and we used to have a flat track around it in the summer sometimes, and wed go down to our dealer and ask them if they can save some wore out tires they replace for customers, they are usually really cheap or free.

all tires except Hoosiers or some kind of street tires will wear fast....I think Razr's would last the longest...

If you want them to wear slow get the tires with the hardest rubber compound you can find. The harder the compound the less grip you will have but the slower it will wear, and vice versa with a softer compound.

I've got Pure Sports Bandit's and ride on the streets alot to get to different riding spots and they seem to hold up great on the roads. they've got my vote also!!
