Im wondering if 250r shocks or 400ex shocks.
what would be better for a 300ex so that it won't bottom
out so much with the stock suspention. I need some answers.

250r shocks are wound tighter at the top and always felt stiffer to me. you should be able to get them cheaper too.

You will have to compress those shocks about 2 inches to make them fit. This will preload the front quite a bit. I am producing a mount that will let you put 400ex a-arms and shocks on your 300. With it you can use any triple rates for a 400. Something you can't do on a 300.

Yeah, I would never try to use a longer shock with the stock suspension. Like was said, build a new mount for the top of the shock and then get the Shocks and A-arms off a 250r, that way you can get them both pretty cheap. I have some for sale if you are interested.

Hey Rinno99 how much are you selling them for.
Are your a-arms bigger than stock or are they stock.
