I traded a 2002 300 ex for it. The thing is when I got it it didnt look that good. I went through and pretty much rebuilt everything, and painted the frame. I also got new plastic and the cycra handguards. I am waiting on some razr 2 rears. It is an 88 with 86 motor or rod, because it uses an 86 piston. It has a pro x crank, bored 1mm over, has paul turner stage 6 pipe and silencer, boyeseen reeds and that is about all I think it has.

So the engine is prety well stock. That will help you out a lot if you are just a casual trail rider. They are a lot more reliable with less engine mods..

I see that you are from Louisville. Where do you usualy ride? Do you ever get down to LBL? I ride at LBL a lot. There is a lot of good riding there. I usualy ride my o1 Rancher when I go there because I like the hills way too much to be on something with as little ground clearance as my R has with as rutted as most of the climbs are down there.
There is suposedly a good place to ride just across the state line from Louisville, but I do not know exactly where it is, or what the place is called.

yeah im from louisville but am living in terre haute indiana now. Going to school at Indiana State University. I have rode at lbl a few times. I think it is the best place to ride. There is a place about three hours from louisville in Indiana called haspin. It is pretty good also. I am going to get into some xc racing this summer hopefully. Being in school, I dont get a lot of time or money to ride. It sux very bad.

I have been to Haspin 1 time. It's a little under a 3 hour drive from my home town. I did not realy think that the trails were as chalanging as a lot of people say that they are. I am thinking about doing some Harescrambles there this summer. They have a summer series. I think they have 7 or 8 races. I have never raced, however I do sometimes ride with a few local guys that run MX. I keep up with them just fine so I know I can race.
