steel sleeve???nikisiled??? please help

Ok. i a little sonfused on this topic. I know the tecate-4 (the bike i am refering to) had a nikisiled cylinder stock. Now this can not be bored can it? just re-sealed???

BUt a while ago i brought my tecate cylinder to my dealer and he said that someone put in a steel sleeve. now can i bore this steel sleeve right? and put in a over size piston?

lastly, how can you tell the difference by looking at it?
please help

ok....well now i know u can deff bore the steel sleeve in a tecate, but anyone AT ALL, know how to tell the diff between a steel sleeve and a coated one???never saw what a coated cylinder looks like. Just wanna make sure that im positive that i do have the steel sleeve.
