Take weight gaining pills and then work out to turn the fat into muscle.

I have been working out and taking whey protein to get bigger and believe it or not i am actually gaining muscle mass lately. Just have to remember to eat alot. I have a fast metabolism and i need to eat at least 2 extra meals a day to be able to gain mass while working out at the same time. I am still wanting to try a weight gainer though but where can you get the pills from roostin dale because i have only seen the mixes but i hate the taste of all those shakes.

is what you want is muscle and endurence. Not fat! If anything you pry want the least amount of fat as possible because its just dead weight which doesn't make you stronger and just makes you sluggish and will pry slow you down.

I can't think of any fat pros off the top of my head, most of them look pretty lean.

I Agree with Nausty. Lean and mean is the way to go. I havent seen any fat fast riders.
How old are you? How much do you weigh now?

protein protein protein and work out. last year before football i had to put on some wieght and if you want it to come on as muscle work out alot and eat tons of protein like 1 to 1.5 grams for every lb of your body weight. It worked great i was on it for about 3-4 weeks put on prolly 15 pounds of pure muscle

Dude, the human body can't put on 15 lbs. of pure muscle in 3-4 weeks.
Avid bodybuilders only gain between 5-10 pounds each year, depending on the person, they may gain a little more.

Here are the facts, muscle weighs more than fat. If you want to gain MASS, eat more protein and hit the weights. Use heavy weights with low reps, like 3 set of 6 or 8 reps with what ever wieght you can handle SAFELY. Do the exercises with very deliberate style, meaning don't cheat or you will hurt yourself. Then you will look like Rainman and not be able to look over your shoulder to see who's going to pass you.
Also, take some pics when you first start, in 3-4 weeks you will see an improvement. By working out you will also alter your matabolism, meaning you will be burning more calories than you normaly do. You will need to stay ahead of your body and keep eating. Muscles tear down then build back up, so alter days. Mon/Wed/Fri do back and biceps Tue/Thur/Sat do chest and triceps. Mix in some legs, your thighs are the largest muscle on your body and the easiest to grow. (making you heavier) Good luck.

I'm not a professional bodybuilder, I just stayed at Holiday Inn Express last night. ;) :muscle:

Alright! wonder if we could sell any videos on how to gain weight...

I just about gained the same amount of weight as you did. I went from 145 to 200... at that point when I got on the scale it said, hey! one at a time! So I dropped about forty pounds over six months... kept most of it off.

Well its probably not so much that they want more weight but they probably mean that they want more muscle mass to be bigger which means it will add more weight.
