Excuse if I'm just old and ignorant, but what are tire balls? i saw the interview with Matt Smiley? today on speed after the race and he mentioned he loves them. Lots more traction. What in the he!! are they?

its a highly effective flat prevention system, do a search, there is a lot of info on them on here somewhere

I am running them right now. They are great I run 0 psi in my tires. no flats more traction. And it was Yokley in the intreview.
