89 CT310R for sale w/ many extras

I am selling my 1989 250R with the following mods: Ct 310 kit, Ct pipe and silencer, 39mm keihen carb, reed spacers, boyseen reeds, k&n air filter, black maier plastic with K&k seat cover and graphics kit, chrome JRD +1+1 a-arms, works triple rate shocks with remoe rezzies in the front and works rear shock, black shockwears all around, razrs on douglas .190's all around, also have tamers on beadlocks and 19 ' holeshot mx fronts on ITP .190's for mx, lonestar +4 axle, ac propeg nerfbars, roll design chrome steering stem, clutch cover is chrome, waterpump is chrome, this quad is totally decked out with chrome and aftermarket parts, can easily be set up for both mx and xc with everything included, this quad is extremely fast and looks very trick.

I think that is most of everything but i am sure i am forgetting some stuff.

I have personally ridden with this fourwheeler and ride_red_ex many times and it is a very awesome machine. Very fast, and the nicest ride i have ever felt on a fourwheeler. This is one very great machine and is a steal for $4500, someone should grab this up it would not be a dissappointment

I am interested in the bike you have for sale. Could you answer some questions for me?

About the motor:
Have the cases ever been split?
What is the condition of the gears? Have they been inspected? Are they the originals or have they been upgraded? Under cut?
Have the bearing and seal been replaced? when?
Has the crank been replaced, rebuilt, trued, welded, balanced?
What type of head is on the cylinder? Does it have replaceable domes? What dome size is in the bike? It O-ring or gasket?
What is the compression of the motor?
What octane fuel do you run?
What, if any porting was done to the motor?
I assume you are running it with a spacer plate, correct?
What type of carb is on the bike, PWK, PWK AS, PJ...?
Does it have a stock stator?
Has the counter balance bearing holder been upgraded?
Does it have an adjustable timing bracket?
How may hours are on the motor? Is it still on it's stock 310 bore?

About the Chassis:
Looks like from the picture it has a stock air box, are you running it without the lid?
Are the brake lines rubber or seal braided?
What are the handle bars on the bike?
Does it have a steering damper?
Is the steering steam anti vibration? Standard length or +1?
What is the condition of the plastic? Scratches, burnt / melted by the silencer?
What is the condition of the frame? Has ever been cracked and welded? Has it been gusted? Is it power coated?
Do you have skid plates on the bike?
What are the shocks valved for?
Has any of the bushing, bearing and seals in the chassis been replaced?
Does it have a stock or after market swing arm? What about the bearing carrier?
What is the current gearing and what is the condition of the chain and sprockets? What brand?
Does it have an anti fade nut?
Is the axle adjustable?

What type of riding do you do? Have you ever raced this bike?
I would also like to see more pictures and some close up ones.
