What all can u do to the exhaust ports on the front of the motor to make it flow better ??? will it hurt if you open them up alittle bit??

I've heard that you can grind down the welds...and it will help flow better!

Do your know how far or anything or dont it really matter justuntill you think its safe??

i did it on my wasn't to diffcuilt. i did it becasue i didn't want to fork the extra money out for a new headder pipe

i assume you mean on the header and not the head? yes, you can use a dremel to grind down the welds in the header. you probally won't notice any difference in power, but its something to do. i would not do any grinding to the head itself. porting the head can sometimes cause more problems than it can help if it isn't done professionaly.
