it may be a fake but honda has to come out w/ something in the 600-750cc range soon or they will fall behind.

no no, i bet that honda will come out with a quad with the 450 in it. I think they are looking to compete with the Suzuki DRZ and the cannondale.

and i hope they come out with the 450. I have no use for a machine with 600+ cc's. I ride AMA i need a quad in the 440 cc area.

I would says that 750ex is a april fools joke. I think honda will be coming out with the 650ex next year. will we a sweet ride!!

If they did come out with that machine it wouldn't sell. That is a jet ski/steet bike on four wheels. It is ugly.

i agree i think they will come out with a 440 or something along that line with the high tech aluminum chassis and a moter that is really really strong on the dynos and on the race track. but i think that they will also make a large diplacement wheelr too!

i will want the 440! o ya im just waiting

in the front of the april issue it says there is a article in there that you shouldnt take so seriously and in the pic of it going through the water, uh thats a totally different quad its fake, it has no levers on the handles, no headlight, the plastic is longer than the wheelie bar. they need to come out with something new.like a 650ex, thats what they need.

And did you catch the rear view mirrors on the side????

To be honest..... they got me!!! I thought it was for real! I didn't look at the picture all that close...went right to the phone, called one of my friends and started reading it to him, and he was just as excited as I was, if not more. Then I get to the end......:grr Oh well. They fooled both of us!

I talked to Joe Byrd (pro racer) and he said he saw a prototype of a Honda 450exr bike based on the new crf450r motor and a modified 400ex frame. He also said that they might release it if anyone releases anything in the cc range that is bad-*** like maybe the new suzuki.

You got to give credit to the guy that pasted all of the pieces together for the picture, it looks pretty good.

I agree that Honda needs to step up to the plate with something a little bigger, hopefully this time they will include a reverse gear.

I saw that issue and I think they need to come out with a 750ex with turbo that would be alsome to have that much power!!

if u think about it, that will never come out, one its ugly, two, it is to high, cc wise to race in certain places, it could mainly do hill climbs, and desert. and i think the 450 ex is much better,

It would be unreasonable for Honda to come out with a 650ex when the 450 motor is making more HP and it will be easier to put in a frame. The 450 is a BADA** motor and should be utilized by Honda in an atv chasis.
