Emergency Brake block off

I ordered my emergency brake block off from C&D racing and i got it and i put it on and now when i push my back brake lever it sticks and wont come back up has anybody had this before should i take the lever off and shoot it with some WD or what

i would make sure you installed everything correctly on the rear. also, i assume you didn't have this problem:
