Carb/jetting Question

I have a 400EX with only a Trinity pipe on it, I replaced the main jet(the first one when you take off the bowl right is the main right?) I put in a 165 is this big enough? Is there another jet I should change also what about the needle? Should I adjust it?

Is it a full system or a slip-on? What intake mods have you done? Have you done any other engine mods?

just a K&N with an outerwear aslo i have a outerwear airbox lid but i find it runs better (alot more bottom) withe the stock lid on
and my pipe is a complete system(trinity stage4)
