Pros for the hydro clutch are a light consistant pull.
Cons you may have to bleed it if you take the line off or pull the lever in while it isnt hooked up, but isnt too bad if you have the bleeder kit.

I love mine.
Pros: Never need adjusting,
no more cable lubing,
No more cable breaking when your 2 hrs. from your truck.

Cons: Price

Just keep the hyd. line away from your header and you shouldn't ever have to worry about needing to bleed it.

Do a search on Ebay for "Magura clutch" there is a guy on there that sells them all the time. E-mail him and he can probably hook you up. I got mine for $187 shipped. Are you sure they make one for the Pred? You might want to contact Magura and ask them. I had to do that when I got mine for my Z.

I had to do that when I got mine for my Z. to tell you the truth, Im not really sure if they do or not, I emailed Daryl Rath, but he is slow getting back to his emails, so Ill just do some searching and maybe a Predator owner can give me some leads as well......:)

Do they make it for a 300 or because of the reverse you can't do it?
Or is there some type of conversion to pull off the reverse stuff?

Jeff, does that make the system inoperable? I have seen that Chain set up that keeps it permanetly lock out but I am suspect of that. I really like my reverse instead of these old bones pulling the thing out.:D

My riding buddy got one for his raptor and he is already ditching it becuase its throw isn't long enough so it does not pull far enough. And it runs right by your headpipes. And how it is setup is pretty scary it doesn't look like it will be reliable.

You still have reverse, you just don't have to push the button. This way you can go with a CR style perch and lever too.

Must be missing something, I thought that the "button" pulls the reverse cable to disengage the gears so you can pull up on the reverse lever? Can you put it in reverse without pulling that cable? This would be great cause I would love to get rid of all the cables and stuff before buying new bars.

Yes, just take the cable off and ziptie the lever on the motor in the up position

OK now I get it. So block off plate, then pull off the reverse crap and it will clean up those bars slick, Thanks
