PEP ZPS question

I have PEP ZPS standard length shocks with +3" JB a-arms. I want to put my stock a-arms back on for cross country. Will this hurt the shocks?

It shouldn't hurt the shocks any, they will just be really stiff.

I have to run the compression 5 clicks from full hard for mx, so I can soften them way up for xc.

Yeah going from +3 to Stock I would say soften them up quite a bit.
