More shock, rebuildable, and is somewhat stiffer

Just put one on, not much time on it yet but you can definetly tell the difference. So far the bike sits lower (better cornering) and 1" or so more travel. I am using the 400 spring.

A Raptor shock, with a 400ex spring...on a 300ex? Wow, someone did their homework.

The shocks not rebiuldible I had one on my 300 and I road it for Mx for a year when I went to service all my shocks ( new oil and stuff My mechanic that I know siad I couldnt be rebiult so I got a works ultracross which worked a bit better with about the same sag so If you ride hard motocross then your gonna have to replace the shock anywhay so I would say just get a good works that is rebiudible but if your a mild motorcrosser or less then just get the raptor shock cause It works great
