are the exhaust valves located towards the front of the engine ??????

Exhaust valves are on the exhaust side...

ok when im adjusting the valves should the next size up feeler guage fit in. Example on the exhaust: the oo5 fits in and i can squeeze th 006 in also is that ok or should i go tighter ?

There should be a very light pull on the proper sized feeler gauge. If the next larger one up fits then it is to loose as long as you aren't forceing it in.
