I had one for 6 months and it broke. I contacted FMF and they sent me a new one. I then sold and got another pipe. Hopefully you still have your receipt.

Any good muffler or custom exhaust shop should be able to take care of your problem. It wouldn't hurt to try contacting FMF and tell them your situation. You could always say it was a birthday gift and you don't have the reciept.

It should be ok if you get it welded. Put some paint on it to keep it from rusting.

Like Bill Fuller said just take it to a muffler shop, they can zip a weld around that thing. It doesn't look rusted so it shouldn't be a problem to weld it. They probably won't even charge you more than about 10 dollars. It would only take about 5 minutes to get it fixed. Make sure you spray some high temp coating on it unless you like the look of rusted weld.

Yeah just drill the rivets out and pull it apart, then take a wire brush or steel wool and clean it all up, have someone put a good weld on it and get some high tem paint and some new rivets, paint it and put it back together. I would still contact FMF and tell them the problem the worst thing that could happen is them sayin that they can't help you, or they might send you a new one. GOOD LUCK!

scence you dont have money i would say weld cuz u will prolly have to get a new one but i wouldnt run it like that cuz it might not have back pressure and u dont wanna blow it up so weld it till u get the money to buy a new one and il say get a white brothers, HMF, LRD, curtis sparks.

if fmf doesn't replace it and you have to weld it, make sure directly after welding it, while the weld is still hot pour used engine oil on the weld to cool it. this will keep the fleibility of the weld, otherwise it will harden and get brittle and break on either side of teh weld again. and it does have to be used engine oil or it will catch fire.
