I got a new honda oem hood also. but I hate the way the plain hoods look. Im looking for a light and assembly.... plus I think it looks meaner with this hood versus the other plain hood.

The R is 250 cc, and i also agree with Honda4trax250x, The stock hood looks the best, hardly ever seen, i think it looks more sharp and mean lookin with it..JMO

:blah: hahahaha me and my bro put it on there .... I use to have a can rolled over my shock rez... It looked alright but got beat up.

I plan on leaving the 88-89 style hood on there... Im just looking for the light assembly I have a spare EOM honda hood... But that as well as another set of plastics that I have are going to be getting a paintjob just for the dunes... The predator has the front rims flipped, Pure polaris exaust, Jettrim seat cover, Graydon proline nerfs, Rentals, and after today it will no longer run an airbox... Straight pipe and filter with condom.... Like I said before slowly my bikes as well as my Carnals (brothers) bikes are becoming Dune queens...

You should see the pics of his my brothers Wifes blasty... One sick clean looking blasty... Will see if I have pics here.

If anything It would only be between the Pred and Z cause the Raptor too me a one big POS..... A couple of friends that ride in our group have Z400's one is stock and other is piped and what not.. Well I know that my R walks all over it and I know my brothers Pred just passes by it like it was standing still... Great power for a thumper STOCK....

Aight so its between a Predator and a Z400 now. I'm leaning towards a Predator but i heard there were some transmission problems in 03...but then again i heard there were lots of frame problems for 03 z400s...im in a lose for words...but a pred is lookin good right now...

Um the Raptors mostly r POS Predators have alot of transmission problems from what I've heard and the Z is nice i have rode one but I really did'nt feel any power differance between it and my 400ex plus 400exs dont have frame problems and are alot cheaper so I'd say put 400ex on your list;)

So far,no probs with ours..!!:) Another thing I have heard people who have had issues with them is they dont abide by the reccomended maintence and oil changes, IVe seen and heard of a fw of them . If they want longevity of there quads, then they better due there rountine maintenance ..........:) The 400ex is an AWESOME ride:blah: ( I have one ) I just wish it had more get up.....:(
