Nice Raptor. Looks like in the first pic it wants to come in outta the cold! I have an 01 Raptor, which I'd like to sell. I love the power, but just couldn't get used to the handling after riding my LT for a couple of years before I got the rap. So it sits most of the time, figured time to unload it. Have fun with yours, they are definitely a blast! ;)

Uh, dude, you obviously haven't ridden a raptor.
You also haven't read any of the many reports from pro riders and mags that give it top reviews. It's hard to compare it to anything since there is nothing really in it's engine class.
If your 400ex is stock, you can only IMAGINE the power and feel of a 660.
Then, if you do the air box mod, add a full exhaust and re-jet, the monster is awoken. I have 2 other Hondas, great bikes, but I will definatley give credit where credit is due. The Raptor has helped push the sport quad industry forward, not backward. That's exactly what Honda did when the came out with the 300ex and the 400ex, they won't even keep up with a 250R.

Until somebody knocks them off, Yamaha is the stock bike to beat.
I'm sure the new Honda will be a great quad, but sources say that Honda kinda softenned the 450 motor from what was in the CFR.

Either way, Raptor, YFZ 450 or new Honda 450, your ex will be behind.
Get used to it.
