Ok, I am getting a powervalve cylinder for my R. I have 2 options. A Baldwin or an ESR. They are both 265.

The ESR is Johnny Hale's old cylinder.
The Baldwin is a Tim Farr replica, it was my buddies, and I've seen it pull many holeshots, etc. I know it's fast as hell.

I like the ESR design, but I know Baldwin is good sh1t. I was thinking just get the ESR sealed PV assy. for the Baldwin cylinder.

If I can't decide, I wil try and get my hands on a Sparks that I've seen for sale.

So what do you guys think ESR or BMS?

Jason's finally getting a PV cylinder!
Truely either way you cant go wrong, both would be insanely fast. I'd look more into what exhaust you already have (ESR?), what shape the cylinders are in, and price.

I'll be running Sparks MX exhaust, CR or V-force intake, 38 Airstryker carb. Everything will be matched for the Baldwin cylinder, or if I get the ESR I will sell my Sparks pipe and get an ESR, price is the same on both.
