jetting question ?

I just installed a pro circuit pipe on my quad. put in a new plug started it up and rode around for a while. when i came back i checked the plug. its brown on the top and on the threads its black but its not wet.

runs pretty good. i dont know do you think i need to rejet it?

Do you mean brown on the electrode? Then it's good. I run it see how it feels, then do a plug check. If it doesn't bog when you get on it, and doesn't backfire when you let off then you're good.

i have the stock jets

never touched the carb at all. just the idle on the side of the carb.

what jets are you running now i have a white brothers e series slip on and idk what polit but i have a 165 or 160 i for get which one but if u have a slip on id say try one of them.

the base of the plug should be light brown. forget the threads/porcelin/electrode/strap for now.

without the airbox lid i'de start with a 165 main

with the lid on you likely wont need to rejet
