I have a Curtis Sparks X-6 ceramic exhaust and i was wondering would could be used to clean/shine the exhaust. I figured i would ask b/c i don't wanna wreck the coating by tryin to clean it. Thanx for any info.

You could try some mother's aluminum polish or a similar metal polish. That's what I use and it cleans the pipe up pretty well.

thats what i was thinking but is it fine with the ceramic coating???

Yeah it should be safe with your coating. I use it on my big gun with the ceramic coating and it shines it up real nice and doesn't seem to hurt the coating any.

sparks said you can use steel wool with light pressure. i don't know about the mothers though. i would do it in a small area first so if it does do something, it doesn't wreck the whole thing.
