I just got some Honda red and black, Powermadd Star Series Handguards. I needed them mostly for the cold, with it being -18C sometimes when i go out. Also for protection from tree branches and roost. What I am afraid of is rolling my quad a destroying the hand guards. They were $82cdn.

Installing them took a while. The mounting kit is pretty annoying, how I had to move all my levers around. Now that it is finished the only things that bug me are that the front brack lever is closer to being flat then I like. And that the clutch had to be moved in towards the center of the bars more, its an inch more than my liking.

I don't have Powermadd personally but at the races this weekend I seen a quad that had them roll over a couple times landing upside down on the bars and still looked good afterwards.

which mount kit you looking for? standered or the one that connects to the end of the bars? i raced gncc last year and only bent 1 mount kit but never broke the guard. very good product.
