grab bars

I changed the oil in my 400 for the first time YAY

and i cleaned the filter and stuff, and i noticed the grabbar .. is like part of the subframe(?) how the hell do u put a after market grabbar on? like a 6 pack rack o what ever?

on the 400ex the "grab bar: is the sub frame..to put an aftermarket on you have 2 choice..you can either cut it off and use an 88 style i believe grab bar or you can buy ones that you just drill holes for and bolt on without any cutting...

yeah, the 250r style grab bars, you have to cut ff behind the tail light mounts and get metal tabs and nuts welded on to mount it. Im completely sure but i think PRM is the only company that makes grab bars for the 400 that use u bolts.
