I am going to make a silencer for my sister's 250ex as soon as school starts so I can do it in metal's class. I might try to make nerfts and a bumper too. I am defently pumped about the silencer though. I think i am going to try to make it resemble our warrior's Big Gun...:/

It seems that all of my mods are custom. Nothing seems to really fit flush on my ride. Everything must be rigged in a 'custom' manner, lol!:D

Mounted a little compass.

Installed a waterproof 12v outlet.
I guess I can charge my cell phone while I ride lol.

I've got (Don't laugh) 2 little red led lights to shine on the engine just for sh*ts & giggles. (Fast & Furious)
Havent put em on yet.
They were in the clearance bin at auto zone for like 3.99.

Prob only last 1 ride.

NO offense, but that is one terrible looking hood, and the bumper looks ten times worse.

Although it's probably 100 times better than any thing I could make, hence why I don't. :D

I like it alot, 300ex mind if I steal that idea?
Fabbed up a front relocator and fender bracket to put these triples on, should have Pappy powder it but was to anxious to get it on. Etched primered it and silver hammer coat spray.

I got an aluminum airbox and a custom sub-frame and grab bar on my 400ex that my buddy made. The subframe is made out of 4130 chrome-moly. It along with the airbox moved the battery and really cleaned up the look of the bike. It's also pretty strong.

I have fully rebuilt my frame.....I had to cut it in half to fix it right. And I made the steering stem that is on it right now. I have also started to make my own swing-arm. Everything is out of 4130 chromoly.:)

in my machine tools class for a project i made an inline supercooler. only mine had more fins than the ones you buy. made one and sold it for 10 bucks. the guys friends wanted them like fat kids want cake. aluminum tubing is expensive though. and i didnt have the best access to do that as a part time job on a lathe. but it turned out great i was happy

Thanks. Feel free to use the design. I "borrowed" it myself. I used silicone to seal it all up. My next one won't be so sloppy. I didn't map out the bolt holes very well since it was a trial run. Good luck.

I also found out that it's best to keep Simple Green away from Outerwares. It seems to take away some of the water proofing in the material.

that's not a hood it's a dryer outlet duct for the side a house, that also doubles as a cheese grater

The bumper is very similiar to the one Bill Ballance uses, I can say it's not as ugly as some of the aftermarket bumpers that are on the market that people actually buy..:eek2:

I bent my subframe customly and it rusted which resulted in major weight reduction:D

i think double oil collers would be trick, i would mount them back further isteand of right up front.

I have made skid plates for my dads racher, i made a new side to the thrrotle after getting my edelbrock carb, Ive made a few other little things work, like a dirt bike kill swith starter, a light on the handlebars made form a driving light
