off road fury 2 question

anyone have the problem while racing and holding X to go and it will be going fine then your speed will just drop about 20 mph. i thought maybe it was my controller so i switched and it still does it, it goes great then drops for a couple seconds then back up, my dad noticed it too:confused:

Check to see how hard you're holding down the button when you do that, some PS2 games have a sensitivity thing with the gas. I know that GT3 does. The harder you press the faster you go, the slower you press, the slower you go...I've done it a few times...if not maybe check your spark plug maybe you're fouling it...:blah:

your loosing concentration and your finger is backing off the button, when it happens just squeeze the button as hard as you can and you should start moving again....

offroad fury doesnt have the sensetivity thing. your button is probably just worn out. use the analog stick

i played it alot and it kept doing it to me but check and make sure your still holding it down hard that was my prob i was letting a little bit off it and didnt notice it.....
