The price is comparable between anodizing and powdercoating...at least around here. I don't think Pappy does anodizing, the pc shop here doesn't.

i like the anodizing better it has a nice candy apple color to it.

no i never got the time to get the anodizing set up.

you can get billet hubs anodized ....but the stock cast aluminum may prove to be troublesome. they being cast wouldnt have a smooth surface area and it would appear textured. even when pc'd rear 400ex hubs and most yamaha hubs still show some texture.

I know what you mean about the texture on the hubs Pappy.....makes em' look kinda ugly IMO:confused: I just did these tonight. Candy blue and chrome:)

My guy that I go to had a hell of a time getting the paint off the front hubs on a 400ex. He baked the paint off what a mistake took the temper out of the hub.
